Horizon Construction Management (East Anglia) Ltd is a successful construction company based in Colchester, Essex. Our location allows us to service Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, North London and other surrounding areas. The process of construction management is an alternative to traditional contracting. Horizon employs 12 direct staff and up to fifty trade contractors. Projects vary in value from as little as £100,000 and up to £3 million and include commercial, industrial, public and residential property. The photographs above are examples of completed projects.
Horizon has successfully procured in excess of £5 million value of construction work annually since its formation in February 1999. Over the last 2 years Horizon has branched into the public sector and has completed projects for Colchester PCT, Colchester Borough Council and Essex County Council. Whilst having a core of private sector clients, recently larger concerns including Colchester United Community Sports Trust have employed Horizon and benefited from the Construction Management process. Horizon has been awarded various accolades for projects carried out throughout Colchester and the surrounding area. Horizon was a winner at the Colchester District Business Awards 2002 for its contribution of notable buildings and landmarks in Colchester and district.
