Horizon was formed in 1999 when one of the directors was offered an opportunity to refurbish a large thatched barn into a 200-seat restaurant, now better known as the Barn Brasserie in Great Tey, near Colchester in Essex.

Since then, we've built on the success of that project, completing restaurants, bars and clubs throughout Essex and Suffolk. The procurement of works within this sector has led to Horizon gaining experience of fast-track fit-out programmes and knowledge of specialist elements such as commercial kitchens, ventilation, audio visual and lighting effects, etc.
