HCM provides project and construction management skills as part of an integrated offering to clients throughout East Anglia and North London. By combining cost-effective resources with local knowledge we can deliver practical and flexible solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.
The construction market itself is as vast and varied as the sectors it embraces. With major urban regeneration projects, high profile sporting venues, complex health facilities and sensitive restoration of listed buildings, the individual skills required differ markedly but the principles remain the same.
HCM relies on good management, a thorough understanding of the sectors and the ability to procure the best design professionals, trade contractors and suppliers whilst managing the cost objectives. We share our extensive knowledge and experience to form a first-class Project Management team that will exceed the expectations of clients regardless of the complexity of the project.
We strictly adhere to the principle of ensuring a level of service that is responsive to our clients’ needs by considering cost and time factors without compromising quality. HCM is able to incorporate itself early in the design phase and then manage and co-ordinate the trade contractors’ activities to ensure the project is maintained at optimum efficiency.
The Directors are degree and professionally qualified, and are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). We are training currently working towards Chartered Building Company status. Our team includes staff experienced in site management, project management, and qualified building and quantity surveyors as well as junior management and general administrative staff.
