Holley Estates Ltd is a small company based in Essex specialising in one off high specification detached properties and works closely with its sister company, Horizon Construction Management Ltd who have a reputation for producing high specification residential property as well as commercial, office and retail developments. Horizon Construction is NHBC registered and enjoys a good working relationship with NHBC and the local area inspectors.
Holley Estates works with a pool of chartered architects and selects the most appropriate architect for each development. The directors always ensure that the architect is selected carelfully and that they themselves have a very good reputation in all areas of design and specifically in individual bespoke residential property.
